How to Enable Google Billing (New Account)

1. Go to the API Console.

2. From the projects list, select a project.

3. Open the console left side menu and select Billing.

4.  Click "Manage Billing Accounts"

5. Click the "ADD BILLING ACCOUNT" button.

6. Fill in the account information and click "CONTINUE".

7. Add the payment method, by choosing the credit/debit card and filling in the details.

Once done click "START MY FREE TRIAL".
